1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of our websites, apps, and services (the “Services”) provided by Samad Skill Development Private Limited (“SSDPL”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our other referenced policies. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2) Eligibility & Account

• You must have the legal capacity to contract and comply with applicable laws.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us of any suspected misuse.
• We may require identity/KYC checks for certifications or regulated programs, handled via vetted vendors.

3) Courses, Certificates & Behavior

• Enrollment, access windows, assessments, and certification criteria are described in course pages or enrollment materials.
• Proctoring/academic integrity measures may apply. Cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, or certificate tampering is prohibited.
• We may revoke access or withhold certificates for policy violations, fraud, or unpaid dues.

4) Fees, Payments & Refunds

• Fees and taxes are as displayed at checkout or in invoices. Payment processors handle card/banking data.
• Refunds: Where a course has not started or content has not been accessed, refunds (if any) follow the program-specific policy shown at purchase/enrollment. Once substantial digital content is accessed or sessions are delivered, refunds may be limited or unavailable, except where required by law.
• Late or failed payments may lead to suspension of access and/or certificate holds until dues are cleared.

5) Intellectual Property & License

• All course materials, logos, and content are protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use content for personal learning only.
• Reverse engineering, sharing, reselling, public posting, or training AI models on our content without written permission is prohibited.

6) User Content & Prohibited Use

• You retain rights in content you submit (e.g., assignments, feedback) but grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and use it to operate the Services.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, harmful code, or privacy-violating content. Do not attempt to bypass security, harvest data, or disrupt our systems.

7) Privacy & Cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in line with applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Manage non-essential cookies at any time in Cookie Preferences. Service messages and essential cookies are required to operate the site.

8) Electronic Communications & E-Contracts

You agree to transact electronically. Disclosures, notices, invoices, receipts, and certificates may be provided electronically. Electronic records and contracts have legal recognition under India’s Information Technology Act, 2000, as amended.

9) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties beyond those mandated by law.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSDPL shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or business interruption.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSDPL and its staff from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the Services, infringement, or breach of these Terms.

11) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, legal reasons, or non-payment. You may close your account by contacting us. Certain provisions (e.g., IP, fees due, limitation of liability) survive termination.

12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have jurisdiction, subject to the arbitration clause. Any dispute may, at SSDPL’s option, be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat at Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. Proceedings shall be in English. Each party bears its own costs unless the tribunal directs otherwise.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post updates here and revise the “Effective” date; material changes may be notified via email or in-product messages.
