Refund Policy - Samad Skill Development Private Limited (SSDPL)
Effective: November 14, 2025
1) Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of the course content.
- Refunds are applicable only for payments made through official channels listed on SamadSkills.
- Courses purchased with discount codes, promotions, or gift vouchers may have specific conditions affecting refund eligibility.
2) Refund Process
- Submit a refund request via email to support@samadskills.com with your enrollment details.
- Requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approval and refund processing timelines depend on the payment method.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment source unless otherwise agreed.
3) Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests submitted after 7 days of enrollment or after substantial course access.
- Third-party course purchases or external payment methods not handled by SamadSkills.
- Downloaded digital content or materials already accessed.
- Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions.
4) Course Cancellation by Samad Skill Development Private Limited (SSDPL)
If Samad Skill Development Private Limited (SSDPL) cancels a course, a full refund will be issued to the enrolled students. Notification will be sent via email or registered contact methods.
